We take privacy seriously. No phones or recording devices may be used inside the club.

All guests must be 18+ with a valid government-issued ID. Originals only. Digital IDs accepted.
ABOUT US
We operate as a private “European-style” club, not a bathhouse. No pools, showers, or saunas. Hot towels are available to help clean up before or after.

LOCKERS & BAG CHECK
Lockers available. Bag checks may occur for safety.
CLIENTELE
Private venue for adult men (18+). All backgrounds and identities welcome.
NO DRUGS / RESPONSIBLE USE
Illegal drugs are not permitted. Violators may be removed and banned.
DRESS CODE
No dress code unless specified for an event. Strong fragrances discouraged.

Monthly Pass members receive priority access and the best value if you attend 6–7+ times per month.
NO RSVP, Invite or Pre-Registration Required
There is no advanced signup required, you don't need an invite or to RSVP. Just arrive at the club during the designated check in time. It is best to arrive within the first 1-hour of the event start time to the ensure the most people are in attendance, late arrivals are frowned upon, and no refunds will be issued.

Club Manifest operates as a private venue. For discretion and member privacy, the exact location is not listed publicly. Exterior signage may reflect a previous tenant. Please follow the directions in Maps and look for the club logo on the entry door.

Parking Info
There is no reserved of private parking for the clubhouse. There is lots of non-metered, on street parking, you'll find the best spot on the surrounding side streets. Do not park in the back of the building, lots or spaces reserved for other businesses or residents. Do not block driveways or access to other private spaces or driveways. We are not responsible for ticketed or towed vehicles.
Busses/Public Transit
If you are taking the RTD Bus, you can take the #15 and exit at Ivy Street; if you take the #15L you will exit at Monacco Parkway (10 minute walk West from this stop).
